Berdasarkan tracer study, evaluasi kurikulum, serta lokakarya program studi, maka telah dirumuskan profil lulusan S1 Manajemen yaitu lulusan yang memiliki nilai-nilai spiritualitas dan kecerdasan lintas budaya yang tinggi serta kompeten dibidangnya dengan ketangguhan tinggi dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk memecahkan masalah secara inovatif sehingga menjadi pemimpin yang professional. Adapun profil pekerjaan lulusan dirumuskan dalam tabel berikut :

PL1

First-line manager

Lower-level managers in the organization who have the following capabilities:

  1. Have a professional leadership spirit

  2. Able to utilize technical procedures and knowledge in a management field

  3. Able to cooperate and provide motivation to their colleagues.

  4. Able to integrate management values in work.

  5. Master digital technology to run an organization effectively

  6. Able to analyze problems and provide solutions to the problems faced.

  7. Able to communicate and coordinate work with colleagues in a team.

  8. Able to work effectively and efficiently and ethically.

PL2

Entrepreneur

An independent figure in doing business who has the ability to:

  1. Able to lead his own business professionally

  2. Able to think innovatively.

  3. Able to capture opportunities and pour them into a business idea.

  4. Able to design business strategies.

  5. Able to apply technology effectively

  6. Able to analyze and dare to take risks

  7. Apply values, norms and ethics in doing business.

PL3

Professionals

Workers who have special skills, proficiency or skills in applying and mastering management concepts and being disciplined

and professional in carrying out their profession.

Analyst

A figure with integrity and the ability to:

  1. Designing research in the field of management

  2. Mastering theoretical concepts and methods as well as analytical tools in solving business problems.

  3. Compile reports and communicate the results of research that has been conducted.

  4. Mastering technology in data analysis

  5. Be honest and responsible for the results of the research conducted.
